Hello Herrick Families,
The following are this week's updates and reminders:
1) Tuesday is early dismissal and school will be out at 1:09 p.m.
2) On Tuesday, our school will have a Halloween Carnival. All families are invited. It will take place
after school. Students will be allowed to Trick or Treat between 1:20 and 1:40 on campus. Teachers
will be giving out treats. In addition, our PTA will be selling pizza, nachos and drinks and will have
face painting available to students.
3) Parents, we would like to ask you for "Trick or Treat" donations so that our teachers can give out treats to
students on Tuesday after school. Thank you to our Families who have already made a donation! We
appreciate it.
4) On Thursday, we will have a parent workshop to help parents understand the Parent Portal. It will be at
8:15 a.m. in the Parent Center.
5) On Friday, we have our Student of the Month assemblies.
