Hello Herrick Families,
The following are this week's updates and reminders for the week of 3.18.24:
1) Our PTA will be selling uniforms after school on Monday and Tuesday. They will set up by the front gate on
both days.
2) Tuesday is early dismissal and school will be out at 1:09 p.m.
3) On Wednesday we have a Library Parent Workshop by Sylmar LAPL librarian Sharon Gatchalian. It
will be in the Parent Center at 9:00 a.m. All parents are invited.
4) On Thursday we have a Volunteer Orientation In Person and via Zoom. It will be at 8:30 a.m. in the Parent

5) On Friday we have the Lucky Charm Dance for 3rd grade students. It will be from 2:15 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
in the Auditorium.
6) And our Spring Break is from March 25-29. School will also be closed on April 1st in honor of Cesar
Chavez. School will resume on Tuesday, April 2nd.
