Updates and Reminders Week of 4.15.23

Hello Herrick Families,

The following are updates and reminders for the week of 4.15.24-

 

1) Monday we have Promotional Photos for 5th grade.  This is the photo that will be part of their culminating booklet.  Students are allowed to dress up.  

 

2) Monday we also have Spring Photos for all other students who are interested in marking a purchase.  Any students are making a photo purchases will be allowed to dress up.

 

3) Tuesday is early dismissal and school will be out at 1:09 p.m.

 

4) Wednesday we have a Parent Workshop--Community Building Circle: Effective and Affective         Communication with our Children by Carmen Camacho. It will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Parent Center.

 

 

6) Parents, we have a very special event for our students that is taking place in June.  It's called the "PLAY 60 Field Event" and it is sponsored by the Los Angeles Rams.  The event involves students in different physical activities.  In order for each student to participate, a waiver must be signed by parent/legal guardian. These waivers will be sent home this coming week.
