Hello Herrick Families,
The following are updates and reminders for the week of 12.09.24:
1) This week we are having Spirit Week. Please see attachment for details on how to show
your spirit each day.
2) There will be no High Dose Tutoring this week.
3) Winter Program tickets will be distributed on Monday. We are providing 3 tickets per family.
Tickets will be given to students.
4) Tuesday we have early dismissal and school will be out at 1:09 p.m.
5) Families that ordered Krispy Kreme donuts-please pick up your order Tuesday after school
by the front gate. Thank you for participating in our PTA Fundraiser.
6) Also on Tuesday, we will give families an opportunity to retrieve Lost and Found items.
These items will be placed by the Front Gate.
7) On Wednesday, we will have our Winter Program. We ask that all families please attend the
times according to the color of your ticket. All grade levels/students will perform at each of the times listed below:
* Purple Ticket @ 8:30 a.m.
* Red Ticket @ 10:15 a.m.
* Green Ticket @ 1:00 p.m.
8) Friday is Minimum Day and school will be out at 12:39 p.m.
9) All students will receive a Holiday Gift on Friday. Please make sure your child attends school.
10) Our Winter Break will be from December 16 to January 3. School will resume on January 6th.
