The following are this week's updates and reminders:
1) Thank you to our PTA for providing a delicious lunch to all of our staff last week for Staff Appreciation. We appreciate you! Also thank you for providing the sweet treats in honor of Mother's Day for students to share with their someone special.
2) State Testing continues this week for students in 3rd-5th grade. Please make sure your students get enough rest and eat well. We also ask that you encourage them to do their best.
3)Our Popcorn fundraiser continues this week, please turn in orders by May 18th at the latest.
4) On Monday, we have a "Walk and Talk" parent workshop at 8:30 am. Participants will meet in the parent center. Join us for some fresh air and community!
5) Tuesday is early dismissal and school will be out at 1:09 p.m.
6) On Thursday, there is a PTA Association Meeting at 8:30 am in the parent center.
7) Parents we ask that you also remind your students to check the lost and found. It is overflowing with items. If your child lost something this year, it is likely in the lost and found bin. Parents are also welcome to check in with the office to stop by and check for missing items.
8) Also, a reminder that we have yearbooks for sale for $22 each. Orders are due by May 15th.
9) Herrick uniforms and other spirit wear can be ordered at the link below. There is a two week turnaround time for orders. Please keep in mind that there are no returns or exchanges when ordering online.
