Volunteers

Click the button to apply to be a volunteer using your parent portal account email and password. In addition to the online application, volunteers also need to turn in a copy of a negative tuberculosis test result that has been issued in the last 4 years and also complete a volunteer orientation each year.

 

It is recommended to apply and provide your tb test copy as soon as possible in order to be approved in a timely manner. 

 

TB tests can be provided through your doctors office or you can try to call Pacoima Health Care center to schedule an appointment. ( See attachment with more information)
